Senior Partner Marketeer Football

We are looking for a senior marketeer to join the Nike team. You will specifically focus on Football. As part of the Partner Marketing Team in EMEA, you will work on stories and marketing campaigns, inspired by the Athlete Way; featuring products, Athletes and services to inspire and enable the youth.

It is a temporary role for 6 months, due to maternity leave. You will work 40 hours a week till the 14th of October 2025. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

What you bring:

  • A true passion for sports and football, athletes and innovation. A true passion for the brand Nike and for working in the Partner Marketing function;
  • Consumer Journeys: Ability to understand & apply consumer behavior and apply that to build cohesive plans across Nike’s full marketing channel mix;
  • Cultivate innovation by creating new and better ways for us to work, and seeking new areas of marketing to test & learn. Furthermore, you are a strong communicator;
  • You can show experience in supporting teams in achieving end to end success in campaign management;
  • You are agile and have experience working across multiple teams and priorities with an ability to redirect energy and focus based on brand and business priorities. Planning; execution & detail focused;
  • A true innovative thinker, with a growth mindset, and dedication to executional excellence;
  • Prior experience working on an account or category marketing with direct responsibility for digital and/or retail marketing plans/360 marketing executions (O2O) is preferred;
  • Experience in account management with responsibility for identifying, owning and managing external relationships at all levels of an organization, with the ability to influence and therefore deliver against our joint rand and business goals.

what will you do

As part of the Partner Marketing Team in EMEA, you will work on stories and marketing campaigns, inspired by the Athlete Way; featuring products, Athletes and services to inspire and enable the youth. Pushing boundaries, you will support and execute timely and effective delivery of seasonal Marketing plans, ensuring product innovation & consumer engagement is at the forefront of all planning and execution across all relevant partners and their channels.

You will evaluate these campaigns and take learnings for upcoming stories.

  • Develop consumer centric and innovative ideas that elevate Nike’s brand presence in service of football consumers;
  • Support the gathering of continuous consumer insights to allow us to better serve our consumer and feedback to the partners, marketing functions and wider EMEA teams to help shape longer-term & seasonal concepts;
  • Supporting the seasonal campaigns and Always-on storytelling by adopting and bringing dimension to Nike overall marketing plans;
  • Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external partners, including Nike functions, marketplace partners, agencies, and vendors;
  • Serve as a primary liaison for key functions, working across the integrated marketing team specific to your role and field.

where will you work

This position requires extensive collaboration with key partners across various departments and functions, including Marketplace Partners/MPU’s, Football Brand, Brand Creative, Product Merchandising, Planning & Operations, Sports Marketing and city teams.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging these teams with varied strengths and driving cohesive seasonal campaigns throughout the EMEA region.

NIKE EHQ is based on an inspiring campus in Hilversum. A dynamic, energizing place to work that reflects the values and spirit of the brand. Colleagues from all over the world and located in and amongst numerous parks, cycling lanes and running tracks.

Nike maintains a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
