You will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing transformation strategies tailored to the specific needs of High Tech companies. Your mission will be to manage a workstream or a projects at a client to for example accelerate digital transformation, optimize supply chain operations, and face technological disruptions.At these projects you will use your whole skillset like storytelling, analytics, domain knowledge, stakeholder management etc. to the best of your abilities.

- People As part of the High Tech industry team, you will manage a project team and engage with Accenture and/or clients’ leadership team to understand clients key challenges and requests. You will work closely with clients from multiple functions (like Project Leader, Manufacturing Engineer, Data Scientist, IT System Architect, Product Owner).
- Processes: You give advice to management based on data, knowledge, experience, and an innovative approach. Together with a team with different expertise, you will challenge the client and come up with solutions. You will support our clients on a variety of challenges like: How to reduce manufacturing cycle time? How to optimize end-to-end processes and guide our clients towards increased levels of execution efficiency and effectiveness? How to transform into a data-driven enterprise and leveraging new technologies to gain competitive advantage?
- Technology: In your role, you will get in touch with the latest technologies to help our clients achieve their desired outcomes. This can for example vary from companywide software implementations or using Backend Data Science Tools and/or Frontend Data Visualization tools to develop data-driven insights. You will apply and organize the Accenture network to create the best client fit and solve business strategy questions.
- Data: Data plays a crucial role in maximizing efficiency and delivering value. As part of our team, you will utilize data to provide key insights and help C-level become more data-driven, enabling true business partnering required for sustainable growth and decision making.
