Finance Manager (Dynamics 365 implementation)

We're looking an experienced a Finance Manager a.i. for a dutch based company.

To strengthen and support their Finance department we are actively looking for a Finance Manager a.i. in the region of Rotterdam for a period of at least 6 months.

Functie

As a Finance Manager a.i. you will handle a variety of tasks:

• Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for our client's finance team, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Oversee the transition from Exact Globe to Exact Online, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and minimal operational disruption.
• Act as the primary liaison between Finance and IT, translating financial needs into system functionalities.
• Analyze existing financial workflows and propose improvements leveraging ERP capabilities.
• Supervise data migration, system testing, and validation to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
• Train and support the finance team on new system functionalities and best practices.
• Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to ensure successful implementation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls are upheld throughout the transition.
• Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for ongoing optimization.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in an ERP implementation context.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and experience in system implementation or migration - must
• Hands-on experience with Exact Globe and Exact Online, including financial reporting and data migration - must
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and compliance requirements.
• Experience leading ERP transitions and working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within logistics would be a big plus.
