Job Description:

For PO CDP (Central Data Platform) Service Team:

• Further develops the product vision of CDP Service Team and takes the organization along in this
• Knows how to organically increase the data maturity of its stakeholders
• Has understanding / knowledge of data modeling, governance and engineering (NB does not have to perform itself)

o Different forms of data

o Understanding of data modeling

o ETL

o Cloud storage of data

• Has understanding / knowledge of cloud infrastructure and setting up data platforms in the cloud (Azure - pré, Databricks - pré)
• Has previous experience in setting up (data) teams (customer is at the beginning of this).

o Team itself is also new, so must be able to provide structure.

o Must be able to build the right mix of capabilities in the team.

• Is a senior product owner

o Scrum must, including all standard PO tasks

o Safe knowledge is a plus

o Can independently bring in work

o Is the owner of 1 of the 3 central data teams and can bridge the gap between these teams

Overarching:

• Translate Customer's data vision and strategy into a roadmap / implementation plan for D&K
• WOW about setting up / aligning the teams
• Data point of contact for D&K
