What are you going to do?

As a Restaurant Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring new restaurant partners have a seamless onboarding experience and a strong start on the platform. You will work closely with multiple teams to facilitate smooth operations, troubleshoot issues, and support restaurant partners in their first few months.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborating with the sales team to onboard new restaurant partners efficiently;
  • Identifying and resolving any issues that may delay restaurants from going live;
  • Ensuring each restaurant has a professional photoshoot and coordinating with photography providers;
  • Using data to monitor restaurant performance and proactively address potential challenges;
  • Engaging with restaurants regularly to provide support and guidance;
  • Working with internal teams to improve onboarding processes and overall restaurant experience;
  • Managing and enhancing the restaurant photography process.
What do we offer?
  • An attractive salary between €2,800 and €3,000 gross per month based on a 40-hour contract;

  • Empathy to understand and support restaurant partners effectively;
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
