Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in Dutch.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and resolve issues with care.
- Educate customers on service offerings and guide them in making informed decisions.
- Accurately document customer interactions for quality assurance and improved service.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
