- At Nike, the EMEA Supply Chain Operations (Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC)) team takes pride in serving the consumer in the connected marketplace – whether they shop at one of our retail partners, in a Nike store or online. We are relentlessly elevating our strategy and driving improvement in our supply chain to reach a more premium service level for our consumer.
It is a temporary role due to maternity leave. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. It is a role for 40 hours a week till the 8th of August 2025.

As a Senior Digital Supply Chain Specialist, you will lead operational excellence initiatives to serve our digital consumers through strategic activities across Nike systems, tools, and reports. You will drive improvements to meet financial and operational targets while delivering on Nike’s strategy.Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to innovate and optimize processes, ensuring a seamless and premium service level for our consumers.
The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of experience in Supply Chain or planning roles, with a strong focus on consumer needs and innovation. They should possess extensive knowledge of Supply Chain Management and general business principles.
What you bring:
- ERP System experience (SAP is a plus);
- Analytics: Expertise in KPI management and root cause analysis using excel and/or Tableau & perform deep dive analysis.
- Ability to translate large and complex data sets into business insights through visualization (graphs, tables). Experience with SQL is a plus.
- Obsess Consumer Promise KPI’s on a daily basis and execute actions to reflect a competitive and reliable delivery promise utilizing various signals;
- Ambition to drive change, and ability to clearly communicate and influence various levels within a matrix structure and multinational teams;
- Stakeholder management: Experience in developing excellent working relationships with key partners, bringing the right people together and facilitating leadership decisions;
- Strong written and verbal communicator, ability to translate complex supply chain issues to concise insights, sharing with senior leaders, bringing recommendations and facilitating decision making;
- Project management: Proven experience in leading medium to large sized cross-functional projects and using project management methodology.
what will you do
As a Senior Supply Chain Specialist, you always start with the consumer in mind. You will envision the future Digital Supply chain and lead improvement tracks to meet the financial and operational targets of our Digital business while delivering on Nike’s strategy.
In partnership with our MSC specialists, Nike Digital operations, Planning, Logistics, and Technology teams, you will deliver innovative, responsible, and scalable improvements to better serve athletes*. You will transform how we run and operate our business by experimenting, developing, and implementing improvements at the speed of the business.
- Drive Digital Supply Chain KPI improvements related to speed, reliability and consumer satisfaction by using descriptive and predictive analytics that meet the needs of the future Digital marketplace and consumer;
- Perform standard KPI root cause analysis, sharing and presenting weekly, monthly and quarterly performance updates to Nike Digital and Supply Chain leadership. Lead in-depth analysis on big impact issues and recommend long term solutions.
- Lead and participate in medium to large sized cross-functional projects as the MSC Digital subject matter expert. Apply project management tools to identify opportunities, define and follow-up on actions to optimize operational performance;
- Design compelling communications that articulate the story and insights with a clear summary of the main ideas and recommendations. Develop high-impact business cases to different initiatives, lead trade-off decisions and prioritization of them;
- Be the voice of our Digital consumer across Nike Digital and Supply Chain teams, inspire change through transformation, influencing and communicating when making decisions, ensuring our work supports and aligns not only with our Digital Operations St
- Prepare and lead key Supply Chain sessions with both internal and external Senior stakeholders; share digital performance and recommend tailored actions to optimize the business;
- Understand consumer needs and marketplace from available data, while being able to link plans to market trends. Awareness of product portfolio and strategy, including expectations around consumer response, growth opportunities and product lifecycle;
- Create and share dedicated Supply Chain reports with relevant stakeholders (commercial and operational teams) and leverage both EMEA analytics and MPU performance dashboards to share insights.
