A leading organization in the IT industry (Utrecht-based), seeking an Interim Team Lead Finance Controlling to streamline financial processes and address critical finance management needs. This role requires a skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to supervise the team, ensure accurate numbers for the monthly closings and reporting.

Functie

As an Interim Team Lead Finance Controlling, you will be responsible for:

• Month-End Closing and Reporting: Taking charge of accurate and timely month-end closings.
• Consolidation and Intercompany Transactions: Managing group consolidations, intercompany processes, and reconciliations.
• Ensuring compliance and accuracy: Overseeing compliance with finance standards, policies, and processes.
• Supporting the finance framework: Enhancing finance frameworks, tools, and workflows to boost efficiency within their financial processes.
• Supervising the team: making sure that the members are familiar with certain financial processes, but also ensuring accuracy with their work

• Availability: Immediate start preferred
• Must-Haves: Technical Accounting and Financial Controlling skills
• Nice-to-Haves: Experience in the technology (or IT) industry will help. Familiarity with international environment, but also experinece in smaller scale does also help.
• Language: Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Location: Primarily on-site in Utrecht, with limited hybrid options
