Job Description

As Sales Director EBP Benelux, you will be responsible for the revenue growth and profitability of our brands in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will develop and implement a strategic sales plan and ensure optimal collaboration with marketing, technical departments, and customer service to achieve the commercial objectives.

You will lead a sales team consisting of the Dutch team and the Sales Manager EBP Belux, with indirect reports from the account managers in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the commercial strategic plan for EBP Benelux.
  • Prepare the annual business plan to increase market share and ensure profitability.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to meet the set sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust the sales plan when necessary.
  • Initiate new business opportunities and participate in trade shows and conferences to enhance the company’s visibility.
  • Promote change and innovation within the sales team and the broader organization.

Profile

The ideal candidate has following skill set:

  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills to lead a sales team.
  • Strong customer focus and strategic thinking.
  • Experience in project and/ or specification sales is a big plus
  • Proven experience in the construction sector, preferably in a senior role within international companies.
  • Ability to navigate within a matrix organization and work with various stakeholders.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent speaking and writing Dutch and English, with good knowledge of French.
Education and Experience
  • A Master’s degree is required.
  • A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in a senior sales role within international companies.
  • Experience in business development and building strong customer relationships.
