Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the automotive sector
- Respond to inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of automotive products and services
- Log customer interactions and escalate issues as necessary
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company protocols and maintain a positive brand image
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Proven experience in customer support or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of the automotive industry is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
