We are looking for a Sales engineer (m/f/d) for the Netherlands region as soon as possible for the areas of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and single crystal X-ray diffraction (SC-XRD).
Responsibilities:
- Expansion of new customer business and maintenance of our existing customers in your sales area
- Expert advice for potential and existing customers for long-term customer loyalty
- Regular reporting on activities in the sales area with preparation of corresponding forecast data in accordance with the usual group procedure
- Timely preparation of offers with the involvement of technical sales support and with the support of sales administration
- Clarification of technical customer inquiries with the involvement of the specialist departments at the Karlsruhe production site
- Active participation in national and local trade fairs and specialist conferences as well as participation in Bruker AXS projects
Qualifications:
- Diploma or master's degree or comparable qualification in the natural sciences or engineering field
- Several years of solid sales experience in the sale of complex analytical technology systems
- Excellent skills in supporting and communicating with demanding customers, ideally in the field of instrumental analysis or complex technical industrial products
- Ideally a high interest in analytical chemistry, materials research, mineralogy, process and quality control, or crystallography and associated analytical solutions
- Convincing expressiveness in words and Writing in explaining complex technical relationships to customers
- Organizational skills, structured work style and adherence to deadlines
- Good written and spoken Dutch, German and English skills
- Willingness to travel of around 50% (mostly day trips in the region)
