Customer service representative
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for as a Customer Service Representative in Venray! We offer hybrid working, but you have to live in the area to able to work from the office as well.
Your Role:
As a Business Representative, you'll be the face of ModusLink, ensuring seamless communication and support for a valued cargo client. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns via email and phone.
- Investigating and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Managing daily order flow and providing support for various order management tasks.
- Assisting with pricing, invoicing, and supporting the launch of new projects and process improvements.

ModusLink, is a leading international logistics company with warehouses in Venray and Amsterdam. In their location in Venray you will be part of a team with other customer service coworkers. Please note that you will have your own responsibility for your own client.

What You Bring:
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Previous experience in customer service roles.
- Proficiency in SAP and the MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
