Functie
As Sales Manager Netherlands, you'll be leading our commercial efforts in the region. From identifying opportunities to closing deals and nurturing relationships, you'll play a pivotal role in building our client base and establishing AdvanceWorks as a go-to partner for digital transformation.

- Educate prospects on the value of nearshoring with top-tier European development teams
- Lead the deal process from first touch to signed contract
- Collaborate with our tech and delivery experts to align solutions with client needs
- Act as the voice of the Dutch market-bringing insights back to shape strategy
- Have an extensive professional network of decision-makers that buy sw development /data / AI services
- Have a "hunter profile"
- Be highly dynamic and resilient (strong focus on getting meetings in new clients)
- Be autonomous and responsible (stay focused on his/her work without constant supervision)
- Be ambitious and realistic
- Be able to define and articulate a value proposition for clients (connect technology with business outcomes)
- Have a good understanding of the Dutch IT Market (clients, rates, competitors, market segmentation, etc)
- Have the potential to lead a team of Dutch business developers (to be hired in the future)
- Be able to represent the Dutch subsidiary in internal and external context
- Be willing and capable to participate in the general improvement of the company
- Dutch-native (mandatory)
- Professional English proficiency (mandatory)
- 5+ (ideally 10+) experience in sales of software development services / data / AI (candidates with experience in sales of secondment services might be considered) (mandatory)
- College background on IT (preferred) or management
- Experience in selling IT services delivered in nearshore (Europe) (preferred)
