What are you going to do?
As a remanufacturing technician you are responsible for testing and repacking sensitive electromechanical assemblies, according to provided instructions. You have a good eye for quality and details.
Your tasks will be:
- Rework on the company's products, such as battery packs, battery modules, electronics, drive units and energy products;
- Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools (torque wrenches, screw drivers, hammers, chisels, etc.) and measuring/test equipment;
- Trace and document tasks and activities on excel sheets and tracking systems;
- Perform precise electro-mechanical repair/remanufacturing;
- Identify known issues and apply critical thinking skills to determine potential new issues.

Tesla is a well-known American producer of electric cars, trucks and energy storing systems for houses, industrial and electricity networks. Because of the excellent shipping options in the Netherlands Tesla’s presence in the Netherlands is huge.The work environment of the remanufacturing technician and the remanufacturing production associate is very clean, well-structured and open. There are short communication lines with the supervisors and you will work with dedicated colleagues who all share the same passion for the product and the company.

Wat vragen wij?
What do we ask?- You can work from documentation and/or verbal and written instructions;
- You have exellent command of the English language, both written and verbal;
- You are proficient with hand tools and computer-based tools, including precision measuring equipment, electrical test equipment, and computer databases;
- You have the ability to perform repetitive duties and occasional strenuous tasks.
If you have experience in assembly and/or repair of electro-mechanical components. that would be a strong plus!
What do we offer?- A salary of €17,53 gross per hour (including ADV)
- Shift allowance of 14% on top of your hourly wage! (when working in shifts)
- A fulltime job from Monday to Friday, with weekly rotating shifts (2 shifts, morning & evening) and a chance of overtime
- 8.33% holiday allowance and 25 vacation days
- Participation in the pension scheme from day one!
- Work for three months, with a potential chance of extension after this period
- Travel allowance of € 0,21 per kilometer
