We are currently looking for a skilled Forklift Truck (FLT) Operator to join our team at Adepto Technical Recruitment. As an FLT Operator, you will be responsible for operating forklift trucks safely and efficiently to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution processes.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklift trucks to move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload goods from vehicles and containers.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on forklift trucks to ensure they remain in good working condition.
- Assist in inventory management by accurately recording and tracking materials handled.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient warehouse operations and meet production deadlines.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Valid Forklift Truck License is essential.
- Previous experience as an FLT Operator in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
