Technical Services Manager - Benelux

In this role you´ll be located out of Amsterdam, and responsible for a team of 11 Field Service Engineers across Netherlands and Belgium, whilst reporting into the Service Delivery Manager for the North West Europe zone (UK based). You’ll be in charge of ensuring the best of class service to our customers in close collaboration with the local sales organization.
What you’ll do:
- Management of the Field Service team generating a close team ethic
- Support client visits and KPI monitoring.
- Manage relationship and collaboration agreements with Outsourcing partners.
- Establish direct communication with key customers.
- Perform people/performance management
- Build specific action plans and monitor when required.
- Build a strong relationship with Sales, assuring the most efficient communication between the Technical Team and Sales Team.
- Attend onsite visits with engineers and perform regular customer visits.
- Responsible for overall administrative tasks, required to support the team members.
What you need to have:
- At least 2-3 years’ experience working in a similar role, Managing a technical team or service delivery, with a focus on technical skills as well as administrative.
- Strong communication skills with ability to work strongly with Sales Management for the area.
- Exceptional organization and team management skills with excellent ability to meet deadlines.
- Work experience within SAP or similar ERP is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent Dutch & English language skills are a must
