What you will do:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Amsterdam, to support our procurement function. The role will combine end-to-end recruitment, recruitment marketing and other strategic initiatives related to firm building and recruitment excellence.At GEP we like creative people, with passion about everything they do, and it will be our goal to support you deliver and realize your vision and results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience.
- Influencing and engaging stakeholders to ensure that candidates have the best possible interview and recruitment experience.
- Covering roles part of GEP’s Procurement, Technology, Managed Services portfolio (strategic & operational procurement) for UK&I & Europe.
- Being actively involved in Campus and Internship hiring for Europe
- Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
- Designing and executing recruitment marketing activities
What you should bring:
- Experience in Recruitment - ideally 2-3 years
- Using direct sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn, job boards, etc)
- Experience of having sourced in a busy/demanding multinational organization
- Collaborative approach: works effectively with stakeholder, and diversity in formulating the best recruitment approach to achieve what matters.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interviewing/assessment skills and ability to influence and close candidates in highly competitive situations
- Must be business fluent in German.
