Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of selling innovative aquatic play products and solutions in a dynamic environment.

You will focus on generating new business opportunities in the Netherlands, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, and closing unique projects with the support of a multidisciplinary team of experts.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new project sales for Splashpads, Poolplay, and water management systems.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to create accurate and timely product proposals.
  • Educate architects, landscape architects, aquatic designers, amusement park planners, and technical representatives about our solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with municipal officials, considering the complexities of public tenders.
  • Travel within the region as needed.
Skills and Competencies
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time (day trips/occasional overnight stays).
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Dutch.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
Experience and Training
  • A completed bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 3-5 years of field sales experience, with at least 2 years working with municipalities and/or in the leisure industry.
