Job Description:

For our Services division, we are looking for a Marketing Offer Manager (M/W) who works for the region of The Netherlands, reporting to our office in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands.

Which missions will you lead?
  • Formulate Strategies: Collect internal and external intelligence to build a 3-year growth plan
  • Manage the offer portfolio for Power services: analyze performance of offers against potential and profitability/revenue model to restructure the portfolio of services offers and outline Key Offers.
  • Ensure Fundamentals of Offer Marketing are in place for key offers: Value proposition, price, go-to market, promotion assets and strategy, execution process
  • Enable Sales and other Marketing to promote and sell the offers: deliver promotion and training sessions both internally and with external audiences.
  • Drive the collaboration with other Bus: build plan and cadenced governance to ensure that services offers are systematically included together with Capex Offers

What are the qualifications we are looking for?

Education: Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or Engineering

Work experience: Internship or similar in offer management

Skills:

  • Data analytics driven: proficient at deriving insights from complex data sets and translating these findings into actionable business strategies
  • Is interested in technology and is ideally already familiar with Electrical Distribution systems
  • Has Business Acumen: Interested about business insight and show analytical capabilities.
  • Is Experienced in Offer Marketing: Brings expertise in Business-to-Business marketing, especially within a Services business.
  • Communicates Effectively: Possesses excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Works Well in Team: A real team player but also capable of operating independently
Requested languages: Proficiency in English, Dutch is a plus
