We are searching for a full-time Danish-speaking customer service agent to join an international travel agency. This company helps people find their dream vacation, and now you can help as well.If you have a passion for travel and enjoy helping others, this role could be the right fit for you.
As a Danish customer service agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with their travel bookings and inquiries. Your tasks will consist of offering advice on destinations, resolving issues and making sure everything goes according to plan.This customer support role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills who is ready to go the extra mile to make Danish customers happy.
This full-time role offers a work week of 32 to 40 hours. The customer service is open from 08:00 to 20:00, which means that your schedule will vary within these hours. You will participate in a two-week training program to learn about the job and the company, starting June 2nd.Once this onboarding process is complete, you will have the opportunity to work from home two days a week.
Wat wij bieden- Flexible schedule with opportunities for hybrid work;
- Salary of €15.30 per hour, with additional pay during irregular hours;

- A travel allowance of €0.19 per kilometer (max 50 kilometers).
Wat wij vragen:
- Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
- You speak English and Danish on a fluent level;
- A passion for the travel industry, and preferably experience in the field;
