WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an experienced Technical Asset Manager to join our team in Amsterdam.
SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU- Optimize & Track Asset Performance – Oversee repair & maintenance, CAPEX projects, and compliance to ensure top-tier asset efficiency.
- Drive Strategic Planning – Support budgeting, long-term business plans, and ensure long-term profitability in line with asset-holding company requirements.
- Support in Investment & Acquisitions & Dispositions – Support due diligence, document preparation, and investment processes.
- Cooperate with Internal & External Technical Teams – Support and follow-upon relevant technical and CapEx projects
- Enhance Sustainability – Contribute to a greener future with ESG initiatives like solar panels, EV infrastructure, and LED fit-outs.
- Advice in Lease Negotiations – Provide technical expertise to secure favorable lease terms.
- Ensuring Adequate Documentation – Organize and safeguard critical asset records for seamless decision-making.
- Ensure Compliance & Quality – Track technical standards, regulatory adherence, and warranty management.
- Support Marketing Initiatives – Provide technical input and help position assets effectively in property marketing strategies.
- Streamline Stakeholder Communications – Coordinate between asset-holding companies, property managers, and corporate teams.
- Monitor Financials & Reporting – Align asset operations with budgets, quality standards, and corporate guidelines. Drive value through smart investments and corporate investment validation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Property/Asset Management business
- Experience in handling logistic assets
- Technical experience in Industrial Real Estate
- Degree in related field
- Strong team player, independent way of work, flexible and responsible approach
- Languages: Dutch (native or bilingual) & English (professional working level)
