We are looking for an experienced and innovative product owner to join our team. You will be responsible for driving the eazle distributor experience, ranging from small-to-medium sized distributors to large ones. You will work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and business-facing stakeholders, as well as distributors, to build out business cases & roadmaps that deliver value to customers, distributors and HEINEKEN.

Your roles & responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering maximal value & alignment with portfolio/corporate strategy and owns the product roadmap and backlog
- Owns the user experience and works in collaboration with the business or end user to establish requirements in the form of user stories
- Identifies & defines functional, regional, legal, compliance and other business requirement
- Owns the end-to-end product lifecycle and related value measurement including product/feature KPI definition
- Evaluates user pain points/opportunities as input to the backlog or longer-term product vision/roadmap, tracking & reporting on product feature performance, and ongoing product/feature optimization based on value and business needed
- Communicates expectations to the Product Teams, other Tribes and Business stakeholders around roadmaps, business impacts, and emerging user needs
We are looking for an ambitious professional who has demonstrable experience in leading teams and managing stakeholders (Agile leadership through facilitating leadership). Someone who has experience with user-focused technology and experience with Agile methodologies & Scrum. And further you will have:
- A bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in business or engineering
- Ideally, you have around 7+ years of experience with 5+ years of experience in product management in digital
- A sharp analytical and problem-solving skills & a history of structured thinking
- Experience in digital commerce
- Strong stakeholder management skills: you are able to ensure alignment across stakeholders/business on value delivery and opportunity
