Functie

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst a.i. with strong stakeholder management skills to help future-proof and standardize reporting processes across various business branches. The role focuses on implementing Power BI, improving existing reporting structures, and rebuilding monthly franchisee reports to ensure stability, transparency, and long-term usability.

• Gather and translate business requirements from franchisees and stakeholders into effective reporting solutions using PowerBI
• Lead the modernization and standardization of reporting processes, transitioning from Excel/VBA to Power BI.
• Build sustainable and scalable dashboards to support operational, financial, and marketing data insights.
• Promote best practices in reporting and data management.

Profiel

The ideal Data Analyst a.i. will have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst in dynamic sectors such as finance, retail, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI; experienced in building dashboards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to manage expectations effectively.
• Hands-on, independent, diplomatic, and proactive with a strong "can-do" attitude.
• Fluency in Dutch is mandatory!
