Inside Sales Specialist (m/f)

The Inside Sales Specialist (m/f) is responsible for providing inside sales support services to Resideo's sales team and customers in the Netherlands. We seek an individual who will become an integral part of a successful, customer-friendly, revenue and profit-oriented sales team.

You will be responsible for providing technical product guidance to customers, developing accurate quotations, and producing offers for the Area Sales Managers.

In addition to this you will also support the regional sales team to achieve annual sales targets, whilst also generating sales yourself via the identification and conversion of new business opportunities within our existing customer network.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Manage incoming verbal, telephone or written questions and requests from all types of customers including installers, specifiers, and wholesalers as well as colleagues in the product technical and commercial field
  • Handle quotation requests coming from customers and the regional sales team with regular follow-ups on outstanding quotations
  • Develop great relationships and maintain contact with existing and/or new customers, including installers, housing associations, project developers and technical advisors, identify new sales opportunities, converting opportunities to orders
  • Occasionally assist regional sales teams during trade fairs and shows
Support customer product training events at the Amsterdam office
  • YOU MUST HAVE:
  • 3+ years' experience in an inside sales role in a technical product environment
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Proven track record of generating business revenue as part of an inside sales position
A technical mind, you will be comfortable working with and understanding technology / technical products
  • WE VALUE:
