• Maintaining a high level of interest in IT as part of continuous professional development,
• Supervision of outsourced accounting and reporting processes,
• Ensuring smooth and efficient operations while optimizing processes,
• Overseeing monthly/quarterly fast closing procedures and reporting,
• Liaising with third parties such as corporate accountants, lawyers, banks and auditors (all mainly in The Netherlands),
• Overseeing tax compliance (CIT and VAT),
• Controlling and reviewing statutory financial reporting and group-level audits.

Profiel

You're a proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to tackle challenges independently. Analytical, structured, and adaptable, you communicate complex accounting topics clearly and confidently. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to thrive within the company's collaborative culture.

• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential
• A Bachelor's in Finance, Auditing, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 3-5 years' experience in auditing or controlling-ideally in real estate
• Background with private investors, pension or capital funds is a plus
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and regulatory compliance
• Ability to interpret, implement, and ensure adherence to accounting policies
