As a Business Development Representative at our Spryng office in Amsterdam, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and influencing the growth trajectories of the Belgian market. In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with the Country Manager for Belgium, focusing on strategic initiatives aimed at the expansion and diversification of our customer base.

Your contributions will be critical in identifying new opportunities, establishing fruitful partnerships, and driving the overall success of our operations in this vibrant market.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients through various communication channels, including telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings, to effectively prospect and qualify leads, ensuring that we identify the most promising opportunities for our services.
  • Thoroughly assess and identify customer pain points, needs, and challenges, enabling us to provide tailored solutions that address their specific requirements and add significant value to their operations.
  • Foster and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships by maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional service, which is vital for customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach in seeking out and pursuing new business opportunities, consistently exploring avenues for growth and expansion of our client base.
  • Effectively manage a full schedule of appointments with both potential and existing clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and meetings that drive engagement and facilitate the progress of our sales initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

  • Desirable 1-2 years of commercial work experience in the Belgian market.
  • Desirable experience in a SaaS, digital or tech environment.
  • Affinity with software and technology.
  • Passion for sales.
  • Driven, enthusiastic to acquire new knowledge, and ready to take on challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • You are structured and planned and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Based in the Netherlands, ideally in Amsterdam Or willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Dutch and English is essential, while proficiency in spoken and written French is desired.
