• Market Insight: Analyze and report on trends, opportunities, and challenges in the EU power grid and electrical markets.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and plan Huawei's new product features and roadmaps related to solar solutions and energy storage systems (ESS).
• Strategic Communication: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to headquarters, guiding new business directions.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customer experts and support high-level marketing activities, providing technical support to the sales team.

• Market Insight Capabilities: Expertise in analyzing industry and technology trends, identifying new business models, and understanding key account or TSO/DSO strategies. Familiarity with market insight methodologies.
• Marketing Competency: Proficiency in interacting with customer experts, supporting marketing activities, and providing technical sales support.
• Industry Expertise: Extensive knowledge in power systems, electrical markets, power electronics, automation, and energy storage. Experience in photovoltaic and energy storage industries.
• Industry Trends: Understanding of energy industry development trends, policies, market directions, and key industry organizations and suppliers in various countries.

Educational and Other Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related science field.
• Travel: Willingness to undertake frequent domestic and international business trips.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese (speaking, reading, writing) is a significant advantage.
• Work Environment: Position requires presence at the office; remote work is not permitted.
