What You’ll Do

🚀 Support Manufacturing Operations – Lead and oversee the daily operations of the production line, ensuring that processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
📋 Optimize Manufacturing Processes – Identify areas for improvement in production workflows, implementing scalable and cost-effective solutions.
🔧 Troubleshoot & Maintain Equipment – Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is functioning optimally, diagnosing and solving technical issues when necessary.
📊 Quality Control & Compliance – Oversee the quality of parts and products, ensuring they meet engineering specifications and industry standards.
🔍 Data Analysis & Reporting – Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, improve processes, and support decision-making.
🛠️ Continuous Improvement – Implement lean manufacturing practices and initiatives aimed at reducing waste, improving quality, and increasing efficiency.

💻 ERP & IT Coordination – Work closely with the ERP system to track production, manage inventory, and ensure timely product delivery.

Requirements

What You’ll Need
✔ A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
✔ Strong experience in manufacturing environments – Proven track record of optimizing production lines, improving process efficiencies, and managing equipment maintenance.
✔ Solid knowledge of CAD and CAM software – Experience in design and manufacturing tools.
✔ Familiarity with ERP systems – Proficiency in using ERP platforms, such as Microsoft Dynamics, to manage production processes and inventory.
✔ Lean Manufacturing Experience – Knowledge of lean principles and their practical application in aerospace manufacturing.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills – Ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions to enhance production.
✔ Exceptional attention to detail – Ensuring the quality and accuracy of processes, products, and production data.

✔ Fluent in English.
