• As a supervisor / team leader (m/f/d) you lead and motivate your small team of employees
• You coordinate your team and are responsible for employee scheduling
• You create the shift planning and vacation planning in close coordination with the logistics manager
• You are responsible for planning and prioritizing tasks
• You ensure the smooth processing of orders
• You ensure a high delivery and quality performance on a daily basis
• You maintain and monitor our warehouse stock

• You have completed training and have initial professional experience in the field of logistics or already have experience as a team leader / supervisor / shift leader
• Goal-oriented, independent and punctual working style
• Experience in managing employees is desirable
• You are organized, reliable, flexible and assertive
• Willingness to work early and late shifts
• (no night shift, no weekend work)
• You can speak English well and have a good knowledge of German or Dutch
