As Group Product Manager Mortgages & Investments, you will support activities related to the lifecycle management of the investment & mortgage products and services offered by Triodos Bank. This includes defining the product strategy based on market trends and customer needs, developing & maintaining mortgage & investment products, ensuring compliance with regulations and efficient process management.You will also collaborate with various teams to ensure the product meets customer needs and business goals.
- You are responsible for continuous improvement and optimization of the product management processes. You will also act as secretary of the Group Product Governance Committee responsible for product approvals & reviews.
- You are responsible for aligning the way of working on supporting processes for the products in scope. Examples are risk assessments and key control testing where you will support the local product managers in identifying & executing harmonized risks and key controls.
- You are the contact person for transversal activities for the customer journey investments and mortgages and potentially also the Product & Process Management Team as a whole. Recent examples are the co-ordination for the set-up of the DORA product related incident reporting or defining requirements for the Common Sustainable Reporting Directive (CSRD).
- You are responsible for group reporting on the products in scope, f.i. asset segregation report and the Non-Financial Risk report (product risks/product reviews).
- You support the local product managers on ad-hoc basis with the development, management and control of the technical, financial, risk, and legal aspects of investment & mortgage products and related processes.

- You have a bachelors degree or similar experience - an economic and financial orientation is a plus.
- A first experience as product manager, analyst or process manager, preferably in investment or mortgages products, is a plus.
- You speak and write in Dutch and English fluently. French, Spanish or German is a plus.
