As a Systems Engineer, you will leverage Industry X's capabilities to help clients realize a more resilient and sustainable energy infrastructure. We help utility clients optimize their asset lifecycle—from initial design to decommissioning. You will work on various projects at the core of the energy transition, where you will apply systems engineering practices to support clients in streamlining their infrastructure development.By designing and implementing clear data structures and supporting systems, you’ll enable our clients to manage and integrate complex systems efficiently across their entire lifecycle. Your work ensures seamless collaboration between stakeholders, enhancing scalability and operational excellence in the energy sector.
- People: As part of a diverse and dynamic team of consultants, engineers, and industry experts, you’ll work on innovative solutions addressing critical challenges in the energy sector. Collaborating closely with clients, you’ll analyze challenges, design strategies to improve operational efficiency and implement impactful tools and solutions. You will coach other consultants and share your knowledge. Together, we ensure systems are ready to meet current and future demands in the energy sector.
- Processes: As a Systems Engineer, you will define, integrate, and manage data and system architectures for large-scale infrastructure projects. You align technical solutions with organizational goals. In this dynamic role, no two days are the same. Your responsibilities include integrating engineering and operational systems, capturing requirements through stakeholder workshops, collaborating on strategic roadmaps and providing recommendations for managing major projects. You will also support clients in their system architectures, including IT/OT systems for automation and analytics, enabling sustainable, scalable, and future-proof solutions.
- Technology: At Industry X, we apply a wide range of latest and most intelligent technologies in the domain of Engineering and Digitization to enable digital transformation at our clients. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies, including digital twins, IoT platforms, machine learning, and advanced grid modelling tools, among others.
- Data: Data is the backbone of systems engineering. You’ll structure, analyze, and optimize data to support lifecycle decisions, improve system reliability, and enable seamless integration. Your efforts will ensure that all stakeholders access the right information at the right time, driving efficiency and clarity in complex projects.
