Functie

Our client is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager a.i. to lead the implementation of IT solutions, process automation, and operational improvements in a dynamic, global, and multicultural environment.

• Develop and execute project plans, manage resources, and align project goals with business priorities.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to stakeholders and manage deliverables to ensure timely outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project execution within scope and budget.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of project methodologies, policies, and tools.
• Manage project prioritization, IT roadmaps, and budgets to support organizational goals.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support corporate initiatives such as acquisitions and integrations.

Profiel

The ideal IT Project Manager a.i. should have the following qualities:

• Minimum 6+ years of IT project management experience with expertise in formal project management methodologies (Prince2 or PMP).
• Proven experience in Agile environments, with expert-level proficiency in JIRA configuration.
• A track record of delivering successful software projects (familiarity with software development/delivery methodologies) in global, high-pressure environments.
• Strategic thinking and ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously across various teams and locations.
• Strong communication and managerial skills, with the ability to lead remote teams across multiple time zones.
• Fluent in English, accustomed to working under strict deadlines and confidentiality.
