This facility manages inventory, warehousing, and distribution of electronic components and technology products across the region. The hub is essential for the European market, ensuring that clients receive timely deliveries and customized support services.

Functie
The 2 main areas of responsibility will be:
HR Business partnership:
- HR business partner to senior management and management team in our supply chain organization in Sevenum and branch offices in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg.
- Employee relations, coach managers in their leadership, offer solutions.
- Advise in performance management, compensation and organization effectiveness.
- Partner to the business with workforce planning, recruitment strategy and job development.
- Manage and support HR programs and processes, monitor deadlines and compliance.
- Support peer HR Business partners in their area of responsibility.
- Instrumental in managing absence and follow up (legal) requirements.
- Provide sound advice and apply up-to-date legal knowledge in Dutch labor Law.
Lead of Supply Chain HRBP:
- Manager and coach to the local HR Specialists (2 employees).
- Oversees HRBP services delivered to the business.
- Align internal processes to the business.
- Coordinates internal HR projects (optimization, health, workshops).
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS (AFAS and Workday) and Microsoft Office.
- Experienced in HR business partnership.
- Few years leadership experience.
- Languages: English and Dutch, German preferred.
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years' experience as HR Manager.
