A leading company in the FMCG sector, located in Amsterdam, seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Controller due to increased business demands. We are looking for a specialist with strong reporting expertise and an understanding of compliance frameworks.

Functie

As the Interim Financial Reporting Controller you will be responsible for:

• Lead the monthly US GAAP reporting process, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Oversee and support the Financial Reporting Team, driving process improvements.
• Manage statutory accounts for multiple entities and coordinate external audits.
• Ensure a robust internal control environment in collaboration with compliance teams.
• Participate in finance-related projects.

• Availability: ASAP start
• Must-haves: Experience with monthly close processes, strong knowledge of US GAAP and local accounting standards, and expertise in financial reporting.
• Nice-to-haves: Experience in the FMCG sector and working with external audit teams.
• Language: Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
