Your contribution to Tenne T
As Finance Project Administrator (FPA) you are part of the department Business Guidance Netherlands (BGN) working with Large Projects Offshore (LPO). LPO is responsible for the construction of the Dutch offshore grid. Currently we are working on the execution of the 2GW projects.These projects are organized across regional clusters. The cluster Borssele with 3 projects connecting to Borssele and Geertruidenberg, the cluster Maasvlakte with 3 projects connecting to Maasvlakte and the Eemshaven clusters with potentially 2 projects connecting to Eemshaven.
The offshore platforms are build under the responsibility of a separate project team which will deliver the platforms to the respective clusters.
The Challenge- ciliation of project-related accounts, set up of project structure in the ERP system, helpdesk for questions on invoices / charged hours to projects, and compliance with accounting standards and Tenne T ways of working;
- Maintenance of ERP masterdata project structures and costs elements;
- Planning, monitoring, analysis and calculations of all financials in the projects, e.g.: Actively analysing and monitoring of the financial progress of the project, makes the link with technical project progress and identifies and implements improvement proposals;
- Contribute to pre and post calculation of budget and (assists on) monitoring budgets for both IJmuiden Ver Maasvlakte cluster;
- Works closely with the Project Controller and assists the Project Controller and (technical) Project Leads to fulfil all finance obligations regarding reporting & (actual spent / forward looking) analysis and giving
- Support of financial project documentation tasks;
- A HBO level of working and thinking is necessary for the right performance in this position;
- Financial background and/or relevant experience in basic control activities / accounting and experiences;
- Strong analytical skills as well as an independent and structured method of working;
- Important competencies for this role are; analytical thinking, results-oriented working, collaboration, independence and flexibility;
- In-depth knowledge and broad understanding of the field. Knowledge of other disciplines is required: issues (can) cover multiple disciplines.
- Good skills in working with ERP systems and MS-Office (reporting tools). Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in large (offshore) energy industry or infrastructural project accounting are of advantage;
- Good verbal and written communication. Business-fluent in English (spoken and written)

Additional information- The weekly working time is 32-40 hours
- Type of contract is indefinite
- The salary range for this role is between € 3.879,- and € 7.660,- gross per month based on 40 hours in salary scale 8 of our TSO collective labor agreement
