Job Description:
As a Java Developer at Axiom Software Solutions Limited, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Java applications that are high-volume and low-latency. You will work closely with other developers, testers, and project managers to deliver robust and scalable solutions.Your primary focus will be on back-end development, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining Java applications using Spring, Hibernate and other frameworks.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
- Participating in code reviews to maintain the quality of the codebase.
- Writing unit and integration tests to ensure application robustness.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Java development including (Java 11/17/18)
- Strong knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns.
- Experience with Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Understanding of database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
