The gelateria uses recyclable packaging materials, and works with local suppliers as much as possible to reduce transport emissions and support local businesses. We are on a mission to make people understand what real (high quality) Italian gelato is, and introduce them to the Italian gelato culture.

• Provide fast, friendly, personalized service to customers.
• Actively participate in floor operations as needed.
• Ensure a clean and tidy work environment.
• Maintain operational efficiency and 100% occupancy.
• Foster a culture of hospitality and uphold product quality standards.
• Train and lead staff, ensuring service standards are met.
• Full responsibility for location inventory accuracy, counts and orders.
• Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for safety and security, to ensure the safety of all employees during each shift.
• Work with the staff to ensure serving instructions are followed properly to ensure a consistent product, over-serving is not occurring and portion control is being followed; address issues if they are found.
• Assist the Store Manager in executing all necessary tasks to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.

• Reside in Amsterdam or nearby towns/cities.
• Maintain a positive company morale and professional attitude.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle long periods of customer service.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite or Google Suite.
• 3 years of experience in food and beverage or hospitality (experience in a gelateria is a plus)
• 1 year experience as Supervisor or Manager
