For our IT department we are seeking a Service Owner Production, located in our brand-new office in Den Bosch.
Your responsibilities and tasks:
As a Service Owner Production, you are responsible for the alignment of production services seamlessly across domains and processes, enable service-focused delivery of information technology within a desired lifecycle:
- Development and responsibility for the implementation of the efficient strategy for production services.
- Assure all the production services are tracked across the entire service lifecycle.
- Assure corrective actions if production services go off-trail and compensate for process shortcomings and performance issues.
Responsibilities:
- Functional Lead to both internal as well as external Service Delivery teams; leadership, support, process direction, project updates and awareness.
- Lead the alignment and collaboration with related areas of Service Delivery, Service Integration and BRM to deliver the best possible service to the GEA business.
- Develops a clear understanding of IT strategy and the overall corporate strategy.
- Active participant in relevant reviews i.e.: provider team reviews.
- The service owner assures tracking of the owned IT service across the entire service lifecycle and is globally accountable.
- Responsible for the initiation of a particular service.
- Review new demands and requirements from Business in relation to business and / or technical services, including business process design for respective related IT services and applications.
- Accountable to IT Management for the performance of that dedicated service.
- Accountable for the entire service lifecycle from Service Strategy over Service Design and Continual Improvement, identify potential & future enhancements reviewing new service offering / enhancements linked to the service and look at innovative, leading services in the market and review competitive services.
- Guides BRM, Architecture, Operations and Service Delivery Management through the Service Lifecycle and supports them in their responsibilities.
- Drives initiatives towards service excellence (content, quality & cost), standardization and innovation, plans and follows up on the continuous service improvement of the service across the entire life cycle.
- Full Budget responsibility for service controlling (planning, calculation and charging).
- Promote the service offering using communication channels and communicate at all levels, from strategy to operations.
- Own all the subservices linked and defined under the main service from IT perspective.
- Close alignment / collaboration with Service Managers and Operations Management on global IT performance and operational improvements.
- Close alignment / collaboration with Global Service Delivery Managers and Service Managers on service content and service.
Your profile and qualifications:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree.
- 10 years of relevant Experience in IT industry.
- Knowledge in Multi-Vendor Management.
- Certified in IT Service Management and ITIL process framework (v.3 / v.4).
- Capabilities, in financial & budget ownership.
- Fluent in English - written and spoken.
