Our client is a global services company and a key player in their market.

They are in the phase of scaling up a company critical application to other business globally. For the roll-out of this application we are exclusively recruiting for an experienced Functional Consultant a.i. for a period of at least 6 months.

Functie

As a Functional Consultant a.i. you will be responsible for ensuring the continuity and optimal functioning of a company critical application and coordinating and/or performing functional management activities to meet the business's needs and agreed performance characteristics.

You provide high-quality business and functional consultancy around the company critical application and support colleagues in the business with adopting the new way of working.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design and quality of the system and company critical application;
• Translating the needs of the business into concrete solutions and thereby collaborate closely with the main supplier of the application;
• Close cooperation with Microsoft, also around the Azure platform;
• Further automating and streamlining business processes in order to offer the business the best possible experience in the use of information provision;
• Functional implementation of new releases and changes (impact determination and prioritization), including impact analysis;
• Advising and trainer key users in the use of the information provision;
• Providing digital documentation and instructional videos;
• Anticipating on developments in processes, software, technology and the organization and optimizing the provision of information;
• Business partner for clients, users, suppliers and other stakeholders and safeguard the agreements you make with them.

• Experience working within international organizations
• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Consultant or Business Analyst in implementing Applications, ERP or CRM
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 (F&O or CE) would be a big advantage
• General knowledge and experience with the Microsoft platform and knowledge of integration possibilities (best practices)
• Ability and experience to collect business needs and translate these into requirements and solutions
• Experience in giving (custom made) trainings to key users
• Experience with change management is an advantage
• Knowledge of and experience with BiSL, BiSL Next, Agile/Scrum, Lean and ITIL
• Strong communication skills, solutions oriented, team player, assertive, proactive and flexible
• Fluent in English
