SAP S/4 HCM Time Writing Functional Consultant 6 Months Contract

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HCM Time Writing Functional Consultant to support the design and build phases of the Simplify Time Writing project. This initiative aims to streamline time writing processes, enhance policies, and improve the user experience through the implementation of the new SAP Consolidated Time Tracking Solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Functional Design & Development: Deliver functional design specifications for assigned RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) developments, ensuring clarity and accuracy. The functional design deliverables will be agreed upon at the start of each sprint.
• System Configuration: Configure SAP S/4 HCM Time Writing in alignment with assigned user stories, based on sprint planning.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform product testing of all developments to ensure functionality, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Sprint Demos: Demonstrate developments and deliverables at the end of each sprint to key stakeholders and ensure project progress is in line with expectations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the time writing processes are simplified and aligned with business objectives.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed functional documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including system configuration and design.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a SAP S/4 HCM Functional Consultant with a focus on Time Writing.
• Expertise in SAP Time Management, specifically in Consolidated Time Tracking Solutions.
• Strong experience with RICEFW developments and the ability to create functional design specifications.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodology and experience working in sprint-based project environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for sprint demos and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with product testing and system configuration in SAP environments.
