About the role

As the Enablement Manager - Revenue Operations, you will be a key partner in enabling our go-to-market teams to deliver consistent and scalable growth. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing enablement programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

This role requires a strong understanding of Revenue Operations and a deep commitment to driving measurable business outcomes through enablement.

This is what you’ll be doing

Strategic Enablement:

  • Design and deliver tailored enablement programs for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, ensuring alignment with Revenue Operations strategies.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to identify gaps in processes, tools, or knowledge that impact revenue generation and team performance.
  • Develop a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires in revenue-related roles, ensuring accelerated ramp times and consistent performance standards.

Content Development & Delivery:

  • Create and maintain enablement content, playbooks, and resources to ensure revenue teams have what they need to excel at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
  • Lead training sessions, workshops, and certifications on topics such as CRM utilization, sales methodologies, data-driven decision-making, and customer engagement best practices.

Process Optimization:

  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to optimize workflows, ensuring seamless adoption of tools and processes by revenue teams.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of enablement programs using KPIs and feedback loops, iterating to improve outcomes continuously.

Technology Enablement:

  • Partner with operations teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of CRM, sales engagement platforms, and other RevOps tools.
  • Act as the liaison between revenue teams and tech teams to ensure tools are configured and utilized effectively.

Performance Measurement & Reporting:

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to enablement efforts, such as adoption rates, training effectiveness, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve enablement initiatives.

Change Management & Adoption:

  • Champion the adoption of new processes, tools, and methodologies across the Revenue Operations function.
  • Provide support and guidance during transitions to ensure smooth implementation and high adoption rates.

Requirements

Our match

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3-5 years in enablement, revenue operations, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success functions within a SaaS business model.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach, Seismic).
  • Proven track record of developing and executing enablement strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in the EdTech industry or a passion for education and technology.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger Sale, or SPICED Selling.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Excel.
