Interim HR Advisor

Our client is is an Education and Training provider in the area of Amsterdam. As an Interim HR Advisor you work closely alongside the HR Business Partner and HR Administrator. You will advise the management team and supervisors on the recruitment, development, and departure of colleagues, and form a team with HR colleagues who work for a wide variety of organisational units.

Functie

• Provide solicited and unsolicited advice to management on organisational and change processes, as well as tactical and operational HR issues.
• Act as the strategic partner in HR matters. You contribute to the professionalisation of supervisors, implement central HR policies, and take on projects.
• You apply HR tools that contribute to the strategic direction of Facility Services.
• You will work closely with the HR staff member of Facility Services. Additionally, you will collaborate content-wise with your colleagues in HR advisory and work together with other HR Advisors from the shared services

• Previous experience within the public/non-profit sector is essential
• Previous experience within a HR advisory position
• Fluent in Dutch
