Senior Financial Controller - Digital

Functie

As a Senior Financial Controller, you will be responsible for financial reporting and process improvements within an international, multi-entity environment. You will work closely with the Finance Director and other team members to implement best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate P&L and balance sheet reporting
• Reconcile intercompany transactions, including transfer pricing
• Manage key accounting entries and maintain chart of accounts
• Prepare and present consolidated Annual Accounts
• Liaise with external tax advisors and auditors
• Develop and document financial reporting policies
• Improve month-end closing processes and internal controls
• Configure financial systems to align with reporting standards
• Standardize accounts payable workflows
• Experience with Dutch GAAP is a pré

• 10+ years of accounting experience, ideally within Big Four or listed companies
• Accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA) or equivalent
• Strong process implementation and coordination skills
• Experience with system migrations and financial system configurations
• Proven track record in external audits from start to finish
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel
