Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Effectively resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Document all customer interactions carefully
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality service
