Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Document all customer interactions carefully
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality service
