Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding the company’s products and services while efficiently resolving customer inquiries.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and professional support.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide reliable assistance.
  • Follow established guidelines to ensure quality and compliance in service delivery.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer support is advantageous, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is preferred
  • Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
