• Oversee and manage the financial operations of SCHOTTEL Nederland BV, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and local regulations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's business objectives and growth in the Engines and Power Transmission Equipment Manufacturing industry.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with global branches to coordinate financial activities and ensure alignment with the overall corporate financial strategy.
• Lead the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, optimizing financial processes, and enhancing internal controls.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a finance leadership role, preferably within a multinational corporation.
• Proven track record in financial management, planning, and analysis

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of local financial regulations and international accounting standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems
• High willingness to travel within Europe 50-70% traveltime
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or Dutch is a plus
