About the job:
At Storyteq, our R&D team focuses on innovation and maximizing product value to maintain a competitive advantage within a fast moving, highly competitive market. As a Product Manager at Storyteq you work closely with a lot of stakeholders internally and externally, including: (1) the wider product team, customers, and stakeholders across the organization to deliver product outcomes that meet user needs and business objectives; (2) engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time, and (3) the Product Director, in supporting with roadmap process, product insights, competitor analysis and business case development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate product vision, strategy, innovation, and communicating it to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring timely and qualitative roadmap process
- Working closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Ensure quality throughout development and release process (scope, designs, stakeholder management, release plan)
- Ensure cohesion between product teams throughout development (cross team requirements from client perspective)
- Research: Assess, Analyse and Report on competitions capabilities
- Research: Report on the use and Adoption of different Product Parts.
- Develop initiatives to improve product value, having a clear understanding of the problem (say it with numbers) and desired outcome, and defining goals and metrics to make these measurable.
- Customer Validation Panel: responsible for setup and maintenance
- Support with Business Case development for impactful features
- Support with Strategic Meeting Prep
Requirements
Besides being fun to work with, you:
- Are fluent in (written and spoken) English
- Have a bachelor/masterβs degree
- Have 3-4 years of work experience in a Product Management role
- Have experience with Martech, e.g. Creative Automation, DAM, etc.
- Enjoy working in a fast moving, highly competitive market.
- Are (business) smart and confident, based on your skills.
- Are assertive. You lead meetings, your communication is clear and is action-focused.
- Are efficient and consistent.
- Are structured and analytical. A strong planner and multitasker
- Are ready to step into a scale-up environment.
- Are an enthusiastic and a positive thinker with a problem-solving βCan do!β mindset.
- Have great communication skills with a desire to achieve success
- Have a high sense of responsibility: both internally and towards our users
