The Role
As a Customer Success Employee, you are the eyes and ears of Mister Green. Your primary goal is to ensure that customers and partners always receive the best service possible. You are the first point of contact for any questions, concerns, or requests, primarily via phone and our CRM system (Hub Spot).With your service-minded approach, you keep our customers happy and maintain their satisfaction.
What will you do?- Act as the first point of contact for customers and partners, providing excellent customer service via phone and CRM (Hub Spot).
- Manage incoming tickets by monitoring and handling questions, complaints, and compliments.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve customer support processes, ensuring response times and resolution targets are met.
- Add frequently asked questions and common issues to our Knowledge Base to enable self-service for future customer inquiries.
- Ensure consistent ticket handling by adhering to response time goals and maintaining positive customer feedback.
- Take proactive steps to resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary to the appropriate departments.
- Participate in cross-functional collaboration with other teams (e.g., finance, fleet control, logistics) to gather information and provide customers with comprehensive solutions.
