Group FP&A Manager

• Set up and safeguard professional and accurate financial forecasting for various entities/business groups;
• Build and maintain dynamic in-depth three statement financial models for individual subsidiaries using advanced knowledge of accounting;
• Design, implement, and regularly maintain annual budget templates and updated outlooks, in close coordination with business teams and wider finance team;
• Challenge operating subsidiary forecasts and identify areas of recommendations for improvement in operating metrics. Work closely with business/plant managers to identify areas of cost optimisation;
• Participate in the formulation of long-term business plans including CAPEX planning, assessing the implications of changes in operating assumptions on individual forecasts;
• Collate data from operating plants on a monthly and quarterly basis using both software solutions and Excel to prepare regular management reports and periodic reports to the Group FP&A and business teams;
• Process and analyse the business financial performance including budgeted results, actual results versus budget, and expected future performance, from an income statement, balance sheet and cashflow perspective
• Support the commercial teams with financial modelling as required;
• Active participation in group audit activities, including preparing annual impairment and going concern analyses, in close communication with group auditor;
• Work on implementing software-based solutions to the group's forecasting process and support ERP and reporting enhancements as required. Focus on Continuous improvement (Kaizen);
• Work closely with the Group Financial reporting team to support and understand business results, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and group policies.

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent) with +5 years of working experience in a multinational environment at the holding company level;
• Degree educated with an excellent academic track record;
• Advanced knowledge of accounting;
• Strong business acumen to understand and effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders;
• Strong experience in management reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial statements preparation;
• Substantive knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required to be able to prepare standalone financial models;
• Proficient knowledge of both Microsoft Power Point and Word to be able to prepare extensive presentations and memos for both internal and external use;
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central is a plus.
