With so many ongoing changes within the organization, it is also important that you are able to prioritize effectively to ensure successful delivery.

• Oversee all IT operations and evaluate them according to established goals.
• Devise and implement IT policies and systems to support the strategies set by upper management.
• Establish clear team structures to ensure everyone understands their responsibilities and deliverables: Organize the IT team by defining roles and expectations, promoting accountability, and ensuring alignment with overall organizational priorities.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure that results are tangible and aligned with organizational goals: Identify key projects, allocate resources efficiently, and focus on high-impact tasks to deliver measurable outcomes in a timely manner.
• Make decisions regarding projects based on both technical requirements and organizational needs: Analyze both technical and business considerations to make informed, strategic decisions that balance innovation with practicality.
• Ensure the ERP migration is on track for a successful go-live phase: Monitor the ERP migration process, addressing any challenges, and ensuring timely completion for a seamless transition to the new system.

Profiel

A successful IT Manager a.i. should have:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or in similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with ERP migrations, preferably with SAP.
• Demonstrated ability to create team structures that enhance efficiency and enable effective delegation.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Able to communicate in Dutch and English.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a strong focus on iterative development and continuous improvement.
